When the going get tough, the tough get going. We always heard this things being said by people. But do we do apply this in our life? Our race always said this, but most of the time, we didn’t applied it in our life, especially in our working environment. Most of us, would like to have simple job, which require us to spent less time at the office and more time at home. But still, we aim for higher post and high salary.
When given complicated task, we always whine and complain. There are only few who will step ups. We always wonder why we are not given the opportunity that others have? We do not want to compete, that is why we always feel complaisant with what we have now. We want a lift to climb up and don’t want to use ladder like others.
I know, the world is not fair, but we have to fight for what we deserve. At the end, when we have given a good fight, it is ok for us to let go. I do believe it is ok for us to loss a good battle cause we know that we have give the best we have. When this happen, maybe it is time for us to move on. Make sure your move give an impact to them and will be missed by the company.

When given extra work, we grumble. Sebenarnya extra work tu supaya boss boleh bagi markah prestasi lebih tinggi ... but not many are prepared to accept it positively.
